Expertise. Knowledge. Results.

After several years working in Sales in the corporate world, Sarah’s real estate career started when she moved north of the city to Mono Township – the heart of Headwaters Country.

Initially, Sarah was the Sales Manager, working in high-end, semi-custom new homes for over 12 years. She was responsible for working with the developer/builder bringing each project to market, and consulted at architectural meetings, provided feedback on marketing the project, as well as selling all the houses in each development. She then worked with each client selling structural, electrical, kitchen and colour options.

Sarah then focused on resale homes. It is in this area that she brings her cumulative talent together as a skilled negotiator who has a solid understanding of Finance, Well/Septic, Conservation Authorities, Municipal Considerations, and Construction.

Sarah has lived in the Headwaters Region for over 30 years and is a local realtor who knows both the in town and rural housing considerations intimately.

Sarah cares deeply about her community. She volunteers with At-Risk Youth through an equine therapy program, called Youthdale Riding Program. Recently, she has resurrected with the help of 3 other ladies, 100 + Women Who Care Dufferin.  This organization will meet and donate large amounts of money annually to local charities, making our community stronger every year.

TESTIMONIALS

Dear Sarah, this is just a little thank you for the long and sometimes bumpy road into selling my house. It was a pleasure to watch you negotiate your very professional way into finally “clinching” the deal. I felt very secure in your OH so capable hands Sarah, and I appreciate the time and trouble you took on my behalf. Thank you.

Sarah busted her butt to get my business sold in a really tough market. She talked me off the cliff and calmed me down when negotiations got rough and was an effective mediator. She is a capable and trusted advisor.

Dear Sarah, It is a thrill for me to be able to say “thank you” to you for selling my home. It truly was a journey we embarked on together and I think your vested interest in me finding the right buyer for my home at the right price, was just one of the many amazing qualities you brought to the table. The main reason I chose to list my home with you and Sutton Headwaters was your “no lock box” policy. The fact that you attended every showing, provided me with a real sense of security. The added benefit to this was having you at every showing where you were able to put forward the unique features of my home and property to each and every potential buyer. Afterwards you were able to provide me with good feedback from each showing and in a very timely manner. You didn’t just list my home for sale, you SOLD my home. In my mind that clearly sets you above many of the agents out there today. Going over and above seemed to be a regular thing with you. Can’t forget when you arrived with the whole family to power wash the pool, or when you helped out at my garage sale or coming to the rescue when my tenant moved out. All things that I didn’t expect but for which I am most grateful. My most sincere thank you is for you just being you. Your commitment and dedication to getting the job done and always with integrity and honesty are qualities that are rare but what will continue to set you far apart from many in your field. I wish you every success in all that you do. What you did for me, will always be appreciated. For some it might be just selling a home but for me it was “selling my home”. Thank you,

Dear Sarah, I want to thank you for helping me purchase and then sell my home. I knew that during the negotiations you were 100% there for me. You are very professional and highly knowledgeable. It is so very important to be able to “trust” your agent. I would not consider anyone else to assist me in my realty transactions. Thank you so much.
